We inventory and photograph your current furniture, assess its condition, and compile the data into a ready-to-use package for designers. You will receive a visual PDF report, an interactive Excel planning tool, and structured asset data—all in one place—to streamline your upcoming move or workspace redesign.
The example report shows what the designer gets access to: images, dimensions, colours, condition grades and locations for each item, as well as links to the manufacturers’ CAD/BIM libraries. The data can also be downloaded in CSV format for further processing.
The report will be delivered to you as a file: it opens in any browser without requiring a login or an internet connection, and your data remains strictly within your own systems.

In addition, you will receive a visual PDF report that is easy to share and browse. Thanks to large images, the furniture is easy to identify quickly, and a clickable table of contents takes you straight to the desired product.
