How we handle your material securely

Scope of photography
We only photograph furniture and other agreed items. We do not photograph notice boards, screens, or other objects if they display confidential information.

Data is transferred directly from one device to another using a secure transfer method — not through open cloud services.

Delivery of materials
The completed material is packed into a password-protected file prior to delivery, and the password is sent via a separate channel.

Access Control
Only personnel involved in the project process the data, and all materials are deleted within one week of delivery.
